On tour with Les Jeunesses Musicale

We have now been performing our show "Giro del mondo barocco" for a whole season with Les Jeunesses Musicales in Belgium. And we will continue for another one next year.

For this project we have the great pleasure to share the stage with the magnificent comedian Carlo Ferrante. This beautiful journey was developed thanks to Vera Van Dooren and her advised direction.

The show is articulated around the world tour made by Giovanni Francesco Gemelli Careri between 1693 and 1698. We present this incredible itinerary with music from that time period and from the countries he visited. Colours, flavours, exoticism and discoveries shape this expedition together with our many musical instruments and anecdotes.
